Ranting....

This is just a friendly public reminder to be kind.

Be kind with your words.


Be kind with your actions.

Treat people with love.


Smile...then smile some more.

Do something nice, just because you can.


Do as many "Somethings Nice" just because you can...just because you can.


Say please....and always say thank you. You can never say thank you too often. Ever.


You can also never smile too much, or never say I love you too many times.


Once words are out...they can't go back in. Choose them carefully; choose them with love.

Be happy! Be happy because you CHOOSE to be happy! In any circumstance, there is something to be happy about! *ALWAYS* Even when you leave your sunroof open and your windows down, and your car is a lake that smells like a herd of decaying rhinos...there will always be that something that is like a friend who is willing to step out in the rain and put their umbrella in your sunroof whilst you search for the missing key to your car....and then they help you try to figure out the plural form of the animal I mentioned above.....see...there's always something to be happy about!



Treat people the way you would want to be treated. Always go out of your way to be nice to people, even, and most especially, when you have nothing to gain from it. Be nice to them even if you don't like them. (Just pull out the SBB)

Admit when you are wrong...say I'm sorry. Say it like you mean it; say it because you mean it...or don't say it at all.

Never go a day without appreciating that you were given that day as a gift to enjoy, and to show others that you are happy to be alive, enjoying the day, no matter what it may hold...you never know when life might do something crazy like throw a blueberry scone in your direction!

Have a positive attitude. Believe in the good things; believe in the possibilities that are ahead...believe that God has good things in store for you! After all, He promises that He does!

OK, off my soap box for the evening.....remember, go out of your way to do something nice for someone tomorrow....because really, the one receiving the gift will be YOU. Give it a try. You might like it!
